Section 01: Master Terms of Service

Scope & Acceptance: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FRONTDOORIQ platform and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms, including all telecommunications and messaging requirements as outlined herein.
Services Provided: FRONTDOORIQ delivers enterprise automation infrastructure, SaaS solutions, support, and related offerings as described on our website and service documentation.
Billing & Payment: All fees are billed in accordance with selected plans, payable via Stripe or other accepted payment methods. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Compliance & Acceptable Use: Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from misuse or unauthorized access. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, data scraping, or interference with system integrity. All users sending SMS/MMS communications through FRONTDOORIQ systems must complete Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC registration, provide accurate brand and campaign details as required by telecommunications carriers, and comply with all carrier regulations and industry best practices. Unregistered or non-compliant SMS/MMS traffic is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of messaging capabilities.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRONTDOORIQ is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of incorporation, waiving class actions.
Section 02: Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect information you provide, usage data, device information, and cookies for service delivery, analytics, and security.
Data Use: Data is used to provide, maintain, and improve services; for billing; and to comply with all legal obligations and laws.
Data Processing, Sharing, & Handling: We process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share any personal data including, but not limited to mobile phone numbers. Data may be shared with service providers under strict confidentiality and is protected in compliance with all legal laws and obligations, locally, federally and internationally.
User Rights: Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their data, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

Section 03: SaaS Subscription Agreement
Access & License: Subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access FRONTDOORIQ’s SaaS platform as per selected subscription plan.
Suspension & Termination: FRONTDOORIQ may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach, or legal reasons with written notice.
Damages: Subscriber is responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use or breach of agreement. Carrier is not to be held responsible for any messages.
Section 04: Client Services Agreement
Scope of Services: FRONTDOORIQ will deliver AI automations, builds, and related services as described in each Statement of Work (“SOW”).
Client Responsibilities: Client must provide timely access to necessary information and systems.
Warranties & Guarantees: FRONTDOORIQ warrants services will be performed professionally but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Section 05: IP & Platform License Agreement
License Type: FRONTDOORIQ grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use platform components as outlined in the subscription or SOW.
Ownership: All intellectual property remains the sole property of FRONTDOORIQ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
White-Label & Revenue: White-label rights and revenue-sharing must be separately negotiated and documented.
Audit Rights: FRONTDOORIQ reserves the right to audit client use for compliance.
Section 06: Data Processing Addendum
Processor Role: FRONTDOORIQ acts as a data processor, processing personal data solely on the client’s documented instructions.
Safeguards: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.
Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, clients will be notified without undue delay, as required by law.
Section 07: SMS Terms
Consent: By providing a mobile number and or any contact information, directly contacting the company in any manner through any channel including but not limited to online forms, social media, direct calls, sms, email, etc.is considered consent to receive SMS messages for service notifications and updates. Participation in SMS/MMS messaging via FRONTDOORIQ requires full A2P 10DLC registration, compliance with all applicable telecommunications carrier requirements, federal/state regulations, and are above the age of 18 years old.
Messaging & Opt-Out: Message frequency may vary & message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Data Handling: Mobile numbers are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not shared with third parties for marketing. Unregistered or non-compliant SMS/MMS communications are not permitted and may result in the suspension or removal of messaging privileges.
Section 08: Refund Policy
Sales Finality: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation Terms: Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to renewal to avoid further charges. No refunds for partial periods.
Section 09: Affiliate Disclosure
Partner Compensation: FRONTDOORIQ may receive compensation for affiliate partnerships, which does not affect client pricing.
Client Cost: Affiliates may receive commissions, but the client cost remains as stated in the service agreement.
Section 10: Cookie Policy
Usage: FRONTDOORIQ uses cookies for authentication, analytics, and service improvement.
User Controls: Users can manage cookie preferences via browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact service functionality.
